Are you an experienced Mendix Developer ready to take on a role where you can truly make your mark? This is a brand-new position – your chance to be the very first Mendix Developer in the business, with plenty of scope to shape processes, innovate and add real value.
You’ll be working within the manufacturing sector (though we welcome candidates from other industries with relevant experience), reporting directly to the Operations Manager. This is your opportunity to contribute to digital transformation at scale – building applications that make operations smarter, faster and more efficient.
What You’ll Bring
- A degree in Computer Science (or similar)
- 5+ years’ experience in application development, with a Mendix focus
- Mendix Intermediate Certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, REST APIs, and the SDLC
- The ability to work across teams, solve problems and deliver scalable solutions
What You’ll Be Doing
- Building and configuring custom Mendix applications
- Designing and developing microflows, custom widgets, and data models
- Ensuring performance, security, and code quality across all applications
- Collaborating with stakeholders across teams to identify and deliver solutions
- Leading knowledge-sharing sessions and Mendix training where required
