What You Bring
- 5+ years in software engineering
- Deep experience with .NET and relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL)
- Strong understanding of software architecture and design patterns
- Skilled in writing testable, maintainable code
- Comfort with containerization and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
- Expertise in at least one modern frontend framework (Angular, React, or Vue)
- Clear, constructive communication — you value team over ego

Your Day-to-Day
- Design, build and refine features from scratch as well as improve what’s already out there
- Work with a mix of legacy systems and modern stacks, always aiming for performance and maintainability
- Collaborate with other Engineers to solve tricky problems and set technical direction
- Share your experience with others – mentoring is welcome but not mandatory
